PINKS show debut

Just wondering who all would be up for going to dave and busters for the pinks show debut? I talked to them and we can reserve the party room that will hold 200 people with our own bartender and an all you can eat buffet for about 20-30.00 per person. The price depends on what buffet we choose if I get enough interest I will post up a menu selection and let everyone vote on it and that will decide the final price. If we go with the prime rib buffet which is the most expensive it would be 30.00 per person. I would need a commitment of about 150 people since I already have 30-50 people that I know for sure are going. I would also need whoever is going to prepay so that we can reserve the room. I would need to get everyones money no later than Nov. 30th or sooner I know that sounds really early but thats what dave and busters wants for such a large party to book it.

Let me know what you guys think and who would be coming and how many people you are bringing. Also there is no refunds if you dont show up unless someone buys your spot and if we get 200 people thats all that will be allowed in. I'm going to reserve the room from 5:30pm until whenever.

Absolutely! Ken offered to have it at MD because he has plenty of room and a big screen, it will be fun to watch it together!

Kelly and All, why not have a second party at Dave and Busters on another date?
It could become the Annual Pinks Celebration!
Ken & MD planned this a long time ago, and we greatly appreciate it. Another event would be nice to have to shorten the winter!
Someone could check about copyrights for burning a DVD, and it could be shown at D & Bs too.

We are planning to have 2 big screens setup in the garage to house alot of people. For the food, we are going to have it catered. I was thinking $10/person or less, we'll pick up the rest. Bring your own drinks. We may have some blenders and ice there if you want to get creative.
