I have a 302 roller block for sale. Came out of plateds old car. I believe it still has rods,pistons,crank, oil pick up. I no longer need it since I picked up a 351w. looking for $50obo come and get it. I'm in Amelia. Thanks.

I believe its a stock block. I'll get the numbers off of it on Thursday.

does it turn over? and does it come with the heads?

no heads. just a short block. I have a guy who is picking it up Friday. If he falls through I'll post it up

The crank has 8A7 and 2MAL markings on it
The lifter valley has the number 8 on it
and the front driver side of the block has a 01 on it

the guy doesn't need it now so its still up for grabs.

if that "01" is where the timing cover would be, i THINK that means its an '01 block, which, knowing chris is probably an explorer motor...

I always thought there was a complete serial number on the back passenger side of the block above the oil pan, but i could be wrong, i know they are imprinted on the older engines...

I'll check again. Those are the numbers I could see plainly. The block is painted grey so I may have missed some. I'll check again with a wire brush
