i have a 91 gt that has 99-03 stock gt wheels on it not bullets, and the grease hub sticks out about a inch on both sides and i cant put center cap on, any suggestions

The best way is to swap the front spindles and brakes with ones from a 94-95 car.

theres no other way around gettin this fixed it agervates me so bad

You should be able to convert it for couple hundred bucks. Find a wrecked car and pull yourself, get the spindles,rotors, calipers and brake lines.
