Ive had some good ones recently too. Theres the long version of "Cruisin the Walmart for transvestites" , "Oops, I did it again" (where I ripped a massive spincter stinker and blamed it on the dog), " The difference between latte and coffee" and the allways crowd pleasing "Dr Otto on the pleasures of oral things.
Ive simply been so worked that I cant remember the best parts to expound about. Seems like Im turning off free porn on the TV. I have cramps in my hands (no, not mentrual) and my pinky keeps pointing in a direction opposite of everything else. Id get myself a beer but I cant hold the can to open it.
Tommorow is another day. Part of me wishes for the winter slow down, but reality says to make money while I can and not sound so bitchy.
Till my brain retains something worth typing,
Kev

I was to tired to rant till..... I was zoning out on the couch a few minutes ago then the phone rings I woke up and went to see who it was... F@#$ them 1-800 callers If we wanted your crap we would call you. If we owe you money you are not going to get it anyway. If you want to make sure I know about the sale of the year I dont care..... DONT CALL UNLESS I WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!! I am on every do not call list that there is. I have caller ID and I screen my calls. What does it take. If my cell phone got good coverage at home I would drop the home phone all togther.

I have the same issue. I can't stand damn telemarketers. I'm on all the do not call lists also. Sometimes all keep them on the phone for 10-15 minutes and ask them a ton of questions about their product then when I have finally heard enough I'll say that I am not interested. They get so pissed. I have been told that I just wasted 10 minutes of their time. I just say the same thing back and then tell them to never call here again, and if you do I will call the states attorney general office.
The door to door ones are the best. I have a sign on my door that says
"do not knock on this door or ring this door bell if you are soliciting, are a religous group, doing surveys, or a politician. Matter of fact nobody ring this doorbell or knock on the door unless you are family, friends, or a neighbor." Unbelievably people still do it. So I have to open the door and start yelling. My boxer always comes to the door barking so it usually scares them as soon as I open the door. The young black kids are the funniest though. I think all of them are scared of dogs..

I hate people who want to rant, but are too tired! :evilflip:
We'll wait though Kev. The only thing worth a crap to do, in the cold season, is sit here, waiting to hear your words of wisdom!
Tim, I'm with ya! I hate those damn calls too! We were getting some, for a while and they would hang up, as soon as I answered. The last time, I called the number back and ripped them a new one. No more calls, from them! :bigthumb

Just tell the telemarkers that the battery on your cordless is low and have them call you right back on another number. That number is 513 277 0088.
Someone will call out of curiosity, Im sure of it. I did and laughed my ass off.

"hello, this is not the person you are trying to call..." that's good. Yes, I had to call and find out.

Is that the rejection line?? That is so cool. Gonna give that one out to a few I know.

For those on the 'Do Not Call List' get ready to get calls again in '08. Hopefully the legislation will go through.

That is, if you registered, in '03. If you registered last week, no worries.
BUT, I agree that you shouldn't have to re-register, every five years. There are a lot of "exemptions", that need to be removed, as well.
