OK since you've got one, i'm gonna ask you the question i ask myself every time i see one of these at the track....why don't they seem to go any faster than your typical weekend warrior racecar? When you see one of those you automatically think Top Fuel, which of course that's not exactly the same thing, but i would expect at least 7-8 second ET's from a ride like that..

Yes when I get the motor in it it will run mid/low 7's. The reason some of them do not go super-fast is because in bracket racing people can win no matter what ET you go and it costs more money to go fast but not winning any more money seems silly. Some of them go really fast but only do so for the person to show off how much money they have. Mine will run 4.90's in the 1/8th to start(we only run 1/8th at the tracks I frequent)

Yeah i guess bracket racing would make sense...i guess i always think about the fastest ET possible..lol

It is a 99 Massey (builder out of Texas) and it is a Hardtail just like my wife :pump: oh yeahhhhhhhhh!

LOL...yeah it is really slow right now but should be fairly quick in the spring ;)
