Rain!!!

It is a little after 6:00 and it is raining at my shop!! It feels soooo good. I went out and stood in it for a min or two. Hope it keeps up all night. If anyone went to the lake at the farm, you know we need it.

I could use about 3 days of a light steady rain at my house. The tumbleweeds have even stopped blowing across my yard.

We did get a little bit of rain last night but I am not sure how much since I forgot to empty the rain gauge after watering the grass on Monday. Hopefully we got a bunch tonight.

There was a half inch in the rain gauge when I left for work this morning. I would love to see another half inch or more...especially since we just had some new trees planted yesterday.

What is this anti traction solution covering the roads? I haven't seen it in a while. I predict massive sales increase in mower drive belts for all of the mowers that didn't get used this year...

I thought yesterday was a fluke so I didn't bother to put the doors or windows on my Jeep until this morning (in the pouring rain).

Now I have so much condensation on the inside, I can't see crap!!!!!
