Set of Romeo PI heads with cams. No lifters/No followers I would recommend new valves and springs if you buy. Cam caps/bolts included

Is there ant structural damage to the heads? Are they stock cams or upgraded?

Nothing wrong with them. Cams are stock PI. Spun a rod bearing and replaced the heads at the same time since I had the motor out.
