And the beater, $1350 Civic. Within 24 hours of ownership, it got a new wastegate, and a buddy of mine fabbed up a downpipe.

The Civic is a POS, but it's really fun for what it is. Previous owner ran 14's @ 101. It's only on 6 psi right now, so it should be around the 100 trap or so. Its an Integra LS motor with a 50 trim turbo.

Hey Mike, is the POS Civic faster than the POOPra?

Now the electric banana.....perfect sleeper to build upon.

Hey Mike, is the POS Civic faster than the POOPra?

Now the electric banana.....perfect sleeper to build upon.

The Supra on 11psi, stock intercooler, and no wastegate o-ring, trapped 108.

The Sentra, when the motor let go, I had the chance to make it quick. New stock motor was $2500 installed, or a VQ swap would have been $5k installed. I should have done that. 12's @ 105+ all motor, reliable, and it would have made a MUCH cooler car. I missed out on that, and I'm really not interested in spending another $5k on that heap. Especially not when I can buy Civics for $1300 haha.

The Civic is slow for right now. It'll get tuned on 9psi in the next few weeks, then I would HOPE the car would go 105-109mph, but I don't really know about Hondas lol.

Here are some money shots...

The downpipe was made by my buddy Bryan. His FIRST time welding. I couldn't be happier with it! It's loud, simple, and keeps the oil and exhaust from covering the engine bay, so when I actually clean it, it'll stay decent for a little while! :cool2:

So hey Mike what else have you done with the SRT4? I should be up in the Eastgate area Wed. night for the meet. I know you were wanting to have some fun.

Since our encounter... the SRT has gotten a turbo back exhaust, and a hard intercooler pipe.

You know I'm down for a fun run, worst case I'll bring out the shit heap Civic for you to wax on. I'll try to get the boost up by then!

I alwasy hear people say that, but what does it matter. Its on your car when you drive around in public. Anyone could write it down........ I don't see what hte big secret is.

well...lurkers can put things together better than most people think. over time, and many posts, board members often inadvertantly give out "clues" to things they own or have stored in their garages etc. with a valid license plate number, a small fee paid for a search, and they know exactly where you live.

when you are driving down the street, you arent telling everyone that sees you what you have at home in the garage. the less these fuckbag lurkers know the better we all are.

btw...gnarly lookin Pinto!
i had a mustang II notch that had the same "Lawnroller" look! very fun car.
