my buddy who owns the car is still waiting for the mods to start his account...
well here's the deal...my buddy bought a 95 3.8 5 speed stang last monday that needed an oil pump...we put a new oil pump on it and had it running perfect. today the engine built to much pressure and blew it out...
so we have decided that were putting a motor out of a supercoupe in it...got a rebuilt one from my freind for him for very cheap...
were going to start pulling the motor around 5 tuesday as we both have lifting till then 4....
here is what were starting with...rust free 98k miles with no rust and clear title... :nice:
were pulling the 3.8 out after school tuesday...
here are the pics..it will be getting painted ect later on..maybe some 18" bullets!

Very interesting swap you guys are doing. Should be a good running Stang and still get good mileage if you keep your foot out of it...

That would be even cooler in an older fox body. I've seen a ton of magazine articles on built V6's making huge power numbers. Anything's possible with boost!

yeah...i was thinking a 4 cyl coupe for cheap and finding a 3.8 SC motor again...i think that would be an easy 13 sec car with 15lbs and some traction out of the hole

we got some free time tonight and put the motor in..all went pretty smooth..
dillon pinted some more parts and such..he wants to redo the valve covers as when we put the engine in greasy hands and such with finger prints are now part of the valve cover's...
yeah i know color combo is wild huh!!!
motor is in to stay...

yeah i found a swap on V6power...we have just been going our own way as of now...the wiring is were it will start getting tricky but since were using a SC ecu and harness the only problem i for see us having is the gauge cluster not working which would not really be a big deal becasue most will be replaced...
