97 F150 Guaging interest

I have a 97 F150 with 163,xxx miles that I got off of my father. They are pretty much all highway miles since he used to drive from cincinnati to columbus everyday.
Has the third door option with the full bech back seat.
It is the 5.4L triton V8 motor
All stock except off brand intake system
Body needs some work, small dings, scratches, ect. (Work truck)
Needs new tires (comes with two sets of rims)
Also needs a new clutch cable I believe. Sometimes you have to shift into 3 then up to drive to get it to engage.
What is it worth selling it like it is or should I fix the cable then sell it.

I found out it is not the cable at all. My father, who owned it before put in a new steering column and all it needs is to be adjusted (I just do not know how to do that).
No thanks on the 300ex, I need a small car that is better on gas mileage to get back and forth to work.

the 2000 is too much cash for me to spend. I can take some interior pics tomorrow. This was my fathers truck since it had 53,xxxx miles and he said he did not have any major problems with it. He replaced the ball joints and I think a couple coils. It does need a set of tires they are shot from sitting.
I am currently working on a deal with wildstang89 but if that does not work out I will post the status.
