I'm not sure if it is worn or not. I put the car in gear, raised both tires and spun them--one turned forward, one backwards. I then raised one and spun it and it wouldn't budge.

Anyone? And I don't want to hear--do a burnout, blah, blah--not the most valid test.

There should have been a pretty good amount of resistance (read: really hard) to turn the tire when they were both in the air w/ the car in gear. If there was no/ little resistance I'd say your t-lok is shot. To get the tires to spin in opposite directions you have to put more force on the tire than the clutches are putting on the gears trying to keep them from moving.
