I'm converting to manuel steering and electric waterpump. I need an electric pump (prefer a new one). I have a new edelbrock alum waterpump also to sale or trade. It has been bolted on, but has 0 miles on it..... Thanks, Terry.

Meziere looks like it's less expensive till you find out you have to buy the backing plate for another 42 bux!!! CSR all the way!

Do I need a plate or adapters with the CSR, or does it come with what I need?

Get the 5.0 specific Meziere one...works great...no backing plate...bolts up right up. I got mine from Craig.

Thanks Jeff. How much are the ones for the 5.0's like that?
I hadn't seen one like that, just the U shaped ones.....

Hey Jeff,is your engine a 302 based, if so, what brand of fuel rails are you running. Do they clear the dist?

They make 2 styles...one like mine...and one with a idler pulley so a stock serpentine belt still works.

They are Pro-M fuel rails...not sure if they are even in business anymore. But I think there are some other companys that have the same design that angles out the driver's side rail to clear the distributer...yes it clears. I need to take some updated engine pic's.

Kenny at BES told me not to even worry about a backingplate, it will work fine without it?????
