Ah, I have fond memories and nightmares from that race. That was the last F/S race I "attempted" to compete in. I drove the car to Atco on the drag radials to break them in. First pass, I broke the tranny and clutch. Next pass the rearend exploded. I was done at that point. Good thing we trailered Kevins car to the event. Ended up driving his home.

20's wasn't a problem Steve. 12.20's that is;)

I got to know Vinny alot better at that race. I remember him riding that little bike he bought around inside the gas station in New Jersey. Classic Vinny.:bigthumb

Ah yes...I remember that marathon motor swap.....Even made the magazines. I only went to that paved hellhole ONCE and that was in 02.....
