Simpsons Movie

saw it sunday, and i loved it!
they were able to work in a ton more of the subtle off the cuff remarks, and "hidden" things in the background of the animation that they arent able to get away with on TV.

I wasn't that impressed. I had just seen Transformers a couple of weeks earlier and I think that ruined it for me. I didn't have high expectations for Transformers and it far exceeded my expectations.

I took those same expectations to the Simpsons Movie and while it wasn't a bad movie, I just didn't find it that funny. All of the funny parts of the movie were in the previews (spider pig, the naked skateboard run, etc...) I'll still probably buy the DVD eventually, but I felt it was similar to some other series that are turned into movies......the series remains funny because of the short timeframe for each episode and then the movie is almost too long and not funny enough.

Were going to see it tonight at the drive-in. I've been looking forward to it for a while now.

No i had my first legal drink at a resturaunt and it just made me extreamly tired plus i went boating earlier on in the day in i was tired from that
