Swapping motor mounts

So I am battling this engine swap. Basically, I have a SN95 mustang, that I dropped a 5.0L from a fox and the tranny into. But as everyone knows, the tranny is shorter on the fox body mustang, so it does not fit 100% correctly. I was wondering if anyone had every heard of moving the right side motor mount to the left side, and vise versa. I was told that this moves the engine back about 1/2 an inch, which should fix my issue. Any thoughts?

i was reading another thread on this swap and they said to use the fox driveshaft an it should work.i try and find it for you.

I run a fox trans in my 94 and all you need is a driveshaft spacer
