I would love to do a car like that and leave everything but the drivetrain just as it is. Just think a blown stroked Windsor with a column shift. That would catch em off guard.:D

I got a mint 78 in my garage. It a 4 door. It's much nicer than that car, 302 V8 w/AC original equipment. 45K miles, interior is perfect and velour too, no vinyl. The car is doodoo brown with butterscotch interior and top. One of these days, the drivetrain is getting "modified".

That would be so awesome. There was a kid in high school who had a big block Chevy truck like that. It had the center cap hub cap things and everything just because he didn't have money for wheels, but it was a beast.
