I am putting a car together run outlaw 8.5 atleast i hope.This been a project for about year so here we go with a list of things i have. 306 with probe pistons about 8 to 1 comp dart pro 1 heads
system max intake
80 mm throttle body
60 pd injectors
c4,ptc converter,man.vavle boby
8.8 rear with 9inch housing ends moser axles,327 gear
pa control arms
pony downs stage 3 turbo kit with 76 mm gts turbo,81 ar
50 and 44 mm bov and wastegate
8 pt cage
there is more but i have to back to work, so tell me if could race 8.5 or am i wasteing my time cause i know them guys are fast.
i will try to post some pics if an figure how to.

If your going to spend that much money wouldn't a supercharger be the way to go????

yes a supercharger would be the way to go but i wanted to try a turbo but if it doesn't work then a supercharger will happen.

i have checked the rule book and i am probably going to get my butt hadded to me but i will not know till i try

Aim camera and push the button on top. LOL
After you type a message, right next to the post button is a go advanced button. Click that. Scroll down and click manage attachments. Then click one of the browse buttons and go find the pic you want to post. Open it. Then click the upload button then post your message.
Not too complicated....

First thing ya need to do is take the 327 gear out and trade it for something alot steeper...the 8.5 outlaw class is all 1/8th mile I do believe so i dont think that gear will work out to good for ya. The 8.5 cars I know...with the right gearing will go some really really low 9's

it has a 410 gear in it right now so we will see soon how fast it does run cause outlaw is only eighth mile

M&M built powerglide (jw case with 180 gears)
Cog driven f1r with pt3000 intercooler
Bigstuff3 and 160lbs injector
On a 275 radial and 26x8.5
Chassis work done by gary rowe race cars
And it is a street car!!!lol
