Without any mods it is a speed density stang which is not really the easiest to mod (without switching it over). If your civic runs 12's then I would say it would be worth more in parts. How many miles on the stang? Hows the body? Shock towers? Frame? Hard to say what it is worth without more info.

Yeah I understand, the body he said is decent, little rust around hatch, the hatch is crooked but he said can be adjusted, and the clutch needs adjusted, interior needs help, basically a project but he said it runs strong. Idk I want another sang, but I'm not sure a trade for this would be fair, maybe sell the civic and get a better platform huh?

has the motor been rebuilt? How many miles? From the sounds of it I would say sell the civic and get a better stang. There are always nice stangs for sale on this site.
