Was browsing around on ebay and came across and brand new set of coupe quarter glass trim, brand new, still in the carlite boxes:

Not too bad considering Ford wanted around that for one.

The repro windows are something like $599 a set and they don't say Mustang under the glass...if the right person with the right need saw that they'd probably sell. If i were doing a hardcore show car i'd pay that to have perfect quarter glass...that would set you apart from the rest of the field.

I had my 91 hatch broke into when I had it, and if it wasn't for my insurance they said I would have to pay $870 dollars for ONE of those bad boys. That is just plain crazy.

Yeah if i bought those and someone broke one, i'd break his neck..lol Makes me kinda glad that mine are just plain old glass that any glass shop can make.

Actually hell now i see they're coupe glass...that makes the price even more justifiable since there's less coupes out there to get glass from. Although, i did read about a guy who used flexible bumper primer and after something like 40 coats and sandings got his trim to look like brand new again.

If you want excellent NOS parts ya have to pay the price.Alot of parts still are not available in reproduction.I used to get top dollar out of doors and then the prices went down. Now since they are crushing so many cars I may sit on alot of parts I have around and the price should just go up because parts are just not around.

Very hard to find, I think these are the first ones I've ever seen new in a box since I have been into mustangs.

I would think 50resto would be all over trying to get production going on some 1/4 windows...I wish someone would make a line of aftermarket window trim peices, too. Hey calypso, I will probably pm you soon about some brake setup advice here soon, need new front cal., rotors, pads... new drums, hardware, and shoes out back as well. I just can't see putting all that $$ towards another stock braking system when I know there is better options even if a little more $$.

I happen to have a set of 84 model doors in pretty good shape.

I wonder what a set of 93 cobra ground effects would bring.. new in the box:cool2:

Hey David, speaking of doors... do you know what it would take to convert some 87-93 doors to a set of 85-86 doors?? I need a drivers door for my coupe something fierce... and a trunklid....
