1995 Ford Mustang GT Convertible
Options
- Red exterior--paint is 7 out of 10
- Black leather interior
- Stalker hood with functional ram air
- Automatic
- Power everything
- 108k miles
Good
- Several parts come with the car
- 2 tremec 5-speeds. One was pulled from a 1995 Cobra R that had 2700 miles on it. It was pulled because two tabs (where the trans bolts to bellhousing) snapped. The housing is $229 to replace, but due to the low miles the trans should not need to be rebuilt. The 2nd tremec is a Ford Motorsport with bad synchros.
- Front and rear 1998 Cobra bumper covers. They are black, so they will need painted to put on the car. However, they are original Ford parts, not aftermarkets.
- Aftermarket aluminum manual driveshaft
- Leather shift boot from a 1995 Saleen and the stock shifter from the 1995 Cobra R
- The right bellhousing to put one of the tremecs in the car
- Brand new sub-frame connectors
- The car runs good (other than the trans). I have only owned it for a few months, but it does not seem to have been abused.
Bad
- The car is driveable, but the trans slips in second gear. I have another AOD out of a '91 GT that was good when I pulled it, but it had 90k miles on it when I pulled it.
- There are two dents in the right fender.
- The front bumper cover that is on it is scuffed up on the left side
- The top has a couple of tears and needs replaced
- It has a Mach 460 stereo system, but the rear speakers have been taken out. The head unit was replaced with an aftermarket Alpine
I will attach pictures in the next day or two.
