Thats in the neighborhood me and mom are in......that house will sell in great condition for $90K. The is ALOT of foreclosed homes in our neighborhood, including mine.

If you are looking for homes being sold at auction your best bet is probably to check the county sheriff's website.

I would suggest staying away from the sheriff's auctions as about 98% of them go back to the bank, at prices way over what they are worth. at the auction they are not "foreclosures" until the bank buys them back from the sheriffs.

i have to tell ya how nice the website was set up by the way:) me and robin are bout ready to get the hell out of here,we've outgrown the place.but don't wan't to move into a "crammed subdivision" but wanna stay withing 10-15 or so miles from where were at.and must have a detached garage or room to build one.

I have been in this house she speaks of. You would love the garage. Albe to make the one side a complete paint booth while keeping the other for mechanical work. It does need some work mostly on the inside. But since its so close to us I could come down and help ya with whatever.
