Brandnew black top

Car has tan interior/leather, also has 189,xxx miles on it all highway miles, I am the second owner, previous owner was on uncle, and he purchased it new in 96, also the car is from Georgia, recently brought up in dec. 06

i drove all the way out their liked the car and made him a offer.
he said he would sell me the car i had cash in hand then he couldnt get in his safe to get the title
so we were going to meet up the next day and he has been ducking my phone call ever since!
