That is an all aluminum 350 chevy engine with a turbo right?Car is a gutted car.
My little turbo Fairmont is 302 explorer motor nothing else with 80mm turbo and it weighs 3350# full interior right down to original bench seat and added rollcage and it went 11.17 on 9# of boost.

if I had more of a motor I could easily go into the 9's at full weight and still not have aluminum motor and no more than 331 cubes.

Gutted car? Did Fairmonts have anything in them at all? Our Buddy Jamie has one loaded down with all the interior and cage it's still very light and easy too push when broken.LOL ( Unlike my Car 88GT Boat Anchor). Fun Car to drive. I think he's doing 10.80's on all motor now in Florida.

Fairmonts are heavier than mustangs. My 1991 GT with a 414 cubic inch windsor weighs 3280# with me in it stock seats an 8 point cage.My fairmont with original interior full bench seats and 8 point cage 302 turbo weighs #3350 pounds with me in it.

And the motor in that fairmont is an aluminum 6.0 chevy so not all that impressive to me.

I'm thinking Parish dropped his old motor in the Fairmount while putting something stouter into his truck.
