i'm gonna do some chrome 20's for sure, just not sure which wheels, i've been looking around a bunch,

as far as hood, nothing planned for now,

i may end up painting some center stripes, hate the rocker panel ones, and i hate stickers

i'd just be scare of someone painting on a shelby lol

color is a big thing i have been fighting, the other color i really like is the vista blue, i also love redfire, and the new dark candy apple red that will be coming out,

but, the 2 reds are not available on the cobra.

on the cobra you have 8 choices

alloy
grabber orange
torch red
vista blue
black
white
and the new vapor

vapor is the only new color, so it will be more limited

hell, i saw a black yesterday with some chromes and it looked tight as hell

i like that this is a one year color, i think in person it would look pretty banging, i do really love the vista blue, no stripes, with chrome would be blinging i think

i'd really love to see this car in person, i know some colors just aren't justified well in pics

black is too hard to keep clean, white is ok, not a big fan of the plain red, the grabber orange isn't hateful

i don't know, i can still change it, i'm just not sure if i wanna switch to the blue or not

from the pics, wife likes the alloy the best, then the blue, doesn't really care for the vapor

i think i'm gonna switch, i think some chrome bling would look good on any of the colors, she's gonna stop by today to look at a couple gt's, i have a blue and alloy parked right next to each other

why the hell couldn't ford do a dark red for the gt 500, lol that would make it a lot easier to decide rofl

have pissed me off enough to send me over to Chevy!:mad:
I have not made up my mind yet! But I'll have a new 500+ HP car by this fall.

I like the allow color. Very Sharp. I don't really care for the Vapor though. It looks too similar to what you have already had.

Now personally I wish they would offer one in Windveil Blue. There is something about that color I really like.

well,

the wife came by, she definately likes the alloy and the blue, likes the alloy a bit more, i love all the grays too.

after looking at the build percent, alloy was only 3.9% of the total shelby's built last year, so it is still a very rare color, vista blue was like 12%,

neat thing is my order guy is able to look at all the stats on all of em.

the alloy isn't outselling it's allocation, it's sold 3.7% of the total build, so thats not bad though, only.2 percent available.

so, i switched to the alloy, deleted sirius satellite, added ambient lighting, added the car cover, left the interior upgrade and hid's.

shaker 500 is fine, as i'll be doing my own stereo upgrades.

can't wait, doh

I feel ya on that. I was expecting the market to soften for the GT 500 this year to less than $5K over sticker, but it never happened. Ended up buying an 07 Z06. Still can't believe I have a Chevy in the garage where the 04 Cobra was parked (still have 2 Fords and will always be a Ford guy).
