Im swapping out my headers and need to remove the rest of the gasket (some left on the head). I have tried a straight edge razor but it's not working out for me. Can I use a wire wheel that is softer metal? Any thing to take it off like rubbing alcohol?
Also I have a stock 5.0, aluminum heads or steel? tourque specs on these headers?

use could use a hand wire brush and lightly go across the left over then take the scraper to it. mabey even put some gas or PB blaster on a rag and wipe the surface to see if it starts lifting. If you use a electric wire wheel you may damage the metal.
