ok guys i bought a 90 mustang lx 5.0 5 speed convertible and it is a project but i got to make it a daily driver project so i need some parts asap i need a drivers side mirror convertible top rear glass plastic or glass door handles and thats it for right now but here are some pics and i will post up more when i get it home and a stock white hood

thanks man and i am going to try to work alot of the bugs out tommorow and sunday and go to the track next weekend for some baseline runs i will post more pics after i get the hood and the cowl panel on it

update well guys and gals got the hood the cowl panel the seats and the armrest in the car but i got a problem was putting the hood on and went to open the hood and the hood release is missing so i cant work on the motor tell i get a hood release. well i will take pics after i get it running and all

looks like a nice car! i love the white on black. mines titanium (sp?) frost with black top. how much did you get it for? what are you going to do to it motor wise?! come on guy..post up the important crap!! lol

i paid 1500 for it. the motor i am going to build a mild 302 for it after the motor in it goes out. the motor in it right now has mac headers flowmaster mufflers and a cold air intake but i am going to put a set of heads and cam and a intake on it when i get the money saved up and all the other issues worked out of the car

new header gasket it is running like a dream but got a few more little things to do to it when i get back from vacation

yes it is i am going to try to have it all cleaned up for powerfest i just got to do the tune up stuff and paint some stuff and detail it then more power will come but i think i got to put in a new heater core

i am going to just bypass the heater core for the time being but will replace it one weekend. car is starting to run alot better will have it ready and cleaned up for powerfest

well guys got it all running good the timing was so far off it wasnt even funny it runs 100 percent better now i am working a deal right now to get rid off all the ac stuff and maybe a ported stock intake since my lower intake is leaking

just a update getting ready to change the upper and lower intake gaskets and clean the motor up. i am putting a stock ported and polished upper and lower on the car then the next thing i need to address is the junk exhaust system with a cat back exhaust and a new h pipe

just an update got a e cam to put in the car now need heads roller rockers and a intake and exhaust but i am getting there and i am getting the door handles replace next week and then looking for a saleen wing and a styling bar and the looks will be done

i know it been awhile since a update. i am putting the motor from my hardtop in it since this stock motor is running horrible. i think i have decided on a 8 point cage and a green paint job when i get back to work

new update clutch went out of car gonna get it fixed, got some lowering springs, the e cam still to put in, gonna put a explore intake on it and try for a 13.50 -13.90 then maybe a zex kit will get some pics when i get it put together and lowering springs on it

went to the track today and i need slicks couldnt hook only managed a 15.30 and car needs tuned up but i was happy since i was try to get used to the nex springs and the shifter and the trans

i just need a intake 42 pound injectors and mass air meter and i will be able to put other motor in and hop to be able to go 12.30 or faster on all motor

it has been awhile since a update on the car. well the t5 went out of it and car has been put up on jack stands, but with winter time the new motor is ready to go in it . im gonna try to find a good trans just to baby on tell i get the tko 500 or 600. my buddy is gonna be putting 4.10s in it and i bought a zex kit for it so it is gonna try to make some passes next summer
