I WILL wire this car, but it will be way easier to wire when everything is in it. I do this for a living, I'm not charging anything, and with all the other paying cars in my garage and a full time job I wanna do it right... and do it ONCE. the wiring usually gets done last in a build.:cool1:

I got the car up there this evening, unloaded it and we rolled it into the garage and about 8 of us started tearing into it. We got all the suspension out from under it before I had to leave.

This whole deal isnt about anyone making them selves look good, or anyone trying to get something out of it. Come the fuck on, take a step back and look at this...this car...these people...this whole damn trip were planning out to KCIR, its not about representing one person or one little click or town or group of people. This is about representing Stangbangerz.com!
Its about representing all of us and what our bud Vinny made us. A group of gear heads who stick together and show the world that were the baddest motha fuckas around! Were gonna get this car done Together. Were gonna go out there and show them that SBZ fucking OWNZ National television Together!

Donations, free parts coming in, free expensive labor etc....help, help, help....don't want to look like ass clowns etc...donate, donate, donate..theres more to the story...someone else is getting something out of this besides whats being talked about on the board. First off you have not be involved in this process and have no idea whats going on with it. Who is getting something out of this? Not me I have donated and spent alot of my own money on the project. The only people getting something out of this is maybe the site sponsors that stepped up and helped out with the project. Almost all of the sponsors did this for Vinny not for there business. I am going to make sure that everyone that helped with it does get some free advertisment on the car. I did have this organized before the first wrench was turned on the car I had almost every part for the car donated with the exception of a few. They dont give you much time to build these cars once you have been picked for the show. I only haqd about 1 month to find a car and get all of the parts coming. Also there is a clear answer if you would read the fuckings posts. One of the first posts I made about this said what the goals were.


This car is going to be built as a tribute to Vinny and all of the people we have on this board. All proceeds if we win on the show will be given to Holly to do whatever she likes with it. I told Nate if we do win we will be selling the cars on Ebay and giving the money to Holly.

So before you open your mouth get the facts. This car is an opportunity for all the stangbangerz together to build a car and hang out and drink a few beers. Remember that is why this site was started in the first place. We are also not just looking for people to donate money its also about time if you have some free time and want to help. If you dont have any time or money or just dont want to help thats fine just go ride your dirtbike. Our posts on this board are trying to get people fired up and excited about the car and doing something for Holly and the rest of the board.

Also the car will be there to represent and it didnt just fall out of the sky. Its going to make it because of a group of guys who pulled together and made it happen for this site not because of you. If there is anything else you would like to question about this whole project dont keep your fucking comments to yourself or help out with the project its up to you.

I would also like to point out that I have not taken one fucking penny or parts for this project but only given my own stuff. I donated a fresh C4 tranny so we could trade it for the tranny we needed. I also have spent I dont know how much $$ on this project. Not to mention the hours a day I spend on my cell phone giving my time to get this project done. But thats ok I want to do those things to make sure this car gets done and WINS because thats what Vinny would want us to do.

I wasn't pointing fingers to anyone accusing anyone in particular of getting free parts etc.. I was only asking what the goals or point of the whole build was. Sorry I didn't spend 2 hours researching back through every post on this subject to find the answers my self. As a matter of fact, I was interested in donating money & more importanty I know a business owner that would put up a grand for a sticker on the car, but I think at this point, I'm out & I'll tell him to go somewhere else for his tax right off. I'm the most laid back person there is & will do anything for any & every friend I have until they cross the line.

I don't have any know-how of the mechanical stuff, so I am willing to donate in other ways, for example my trailer last night to get the car moved to wherever it went.

I would like to offer my son, truck and trailer to tow the car to Kansas or as an extra trailer (you're gonna' need another to bring the other car home!!). Craigles said he would love to drive out there and see the race. It's a Super Duty, so he could take a person or two with him.

I havent lended a hand yet on the car, but I have let go of my glide for it and also it will be receiving my rearend. To me its not a matter of what can I get but what can I do. Me and Kelly have spoke in lenght about this whole thing and what we had parts wise to make it happen. I thought he was nuts to take on this project with having what he has on his plate but I have not doubted him.
