ok guys and gals bros mustang driving down the road and just dies thought he was out of fuel but come to find out he had no fire. correct me if i am wrong there are only 4 things that controls spark and thats the

1 coil brand new msd blaster 2
2 control module on the dist
3 pick up in the dist
4 the dist

need to made sure that we arent over looking anything when we go to fix it

check the wires to the coil maybe on got cut or melted :confused:

It could be the ign module on the dist.

I would check the new ignition box before anything, make sure everything is plugged in, check for a loose ground on it etc.

Of those 4 options, I'd vote for the TFI module. Coils usually don't go out, Distributors almost never break, and the hall-effect sensor in the distributor is pretty reliable.

The TFI modules go out semi regularly though.

If you look up the car on Autozone's website, it'll give you a diagram on how to test the TFI module with an ohmmeter.

ok guys well this was what i got over the phone is i misunderstode him the car wouldnt fire not that it ddint have fire well after some test found out his fuel pump took a shit on him now saving up for a 255 in tank pump
