I bought the fan used and no longer have a need for it. I'm not sure if it's a black magic or proform(they look the same).

If you look in jeg's/summit at a flexalite black magic fan, you;ll see what it looks like and the specs. Like I stated before, I bought it used and I'm not sure if it's a blck magic or proform.

Yes it does, even has the bracket for the overflow tank
