I didnt really know where to put this so im going to post it here and hope i guessed where to post right...

i have a quick question...i have a buddy who has everything i would need to convert from speed density to mass air...

what are the plus and minus of both?

If you plan on ever using a poweradder other than a wet nitrous kit or bigger cam or cubic inch motor...then yes..many benefits to swapping to mass air.

yeah i have in mind some mods i want to do...it wont be sotck for to much longer....

You can do alot of mods with a SD combo...but just keep the stock cam. I went into the 11's with my old stock motor SD combo with some nitrous.

Jeff is right. I would go ahead and convert it though if you can get the parts. Mine went low 13s with SD back in the day, but it would surge quite a bit and I was a lot happier after converting. If nothing else get the stuff now and put it on when you find you need it.

how much is it all worth? like the computer maf ect..all i would need for the swap? what should i offer by buddy for it?

I would say $150-175 would be a reasonable deal for everything.
