My sister needs front and rear brakes (and possibly rotors) put on her 2000 Impala. She's 56 years old, divorced, and really doesn't know anybody around here (she moved here from Cleveland a couple of years ago).
She is currently not working (on SS), she is disabled, and she took it somewhere and they want $678! That is ridiculous. I told her she could probably buy the brakes and rotors for under $200, and then pay somebody to put them on.
