SILVERCREEK TWP. -- Family and friends grieved Wednesday afternoon at the site of a fatal, single-car crash on Parker Road.

Authorities said Greeneview High School student Ryan Jordan was killed after losing control of his Plymouth Baracuda. Traveling southbound on Parker Road, the car left the right side of the road and overturned several times, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol Sgt. Jon Lumpcik. Lumpcik said someone in a home nearby saw the car tumbling over. Jordan, the only person in the car, was ejected, Lumpcik said.

69 Barracuda....No....Roofline all together different. 70 Cuda ? Maybe...

BTW, Those are "Old School" Crager S/S rims on the car in the picture.

Here's a pic of a 70 Cuda.

Ok, it definatly wasnt a 70. It stil doesnt look like a 69 tho. Crashes seem to have that effect on metal tho.

Its possible it is the yellow one, is that similar to the differences in a Fastback and a Coupe Mustang?

Look man,

I'm going to apologize for calling you an "asshole licker". For all I know you've never had your tongue on a rectum. I was having a bad week and I took it out on you. I was wrong and out of line. sorry.

But I don't think its right of you to report a post and ask to have me banned.
Come on guy, I'm a Moderator. Do you really think Matt or Holly would consider banning me for calling you a dirty name?

I usually stay clear of political and religious threads, but like I said I was having a bad week and my typing hurt some feelings. It wont happen again.

So,again I hope we can put this behind us and I really am sorry.

Thats pretty stand up to apologize but I am glad I started driving at 16 but I have grown up around hotrods so I respected cars even before I started driving.

"The two big factors in this accident were speed and safety belt," Lumpcik said. "He was thrown a considerable distance from the vehicle."

Natural selection.

Being a 69, it probably didnt have a shoulder harness and the lap belts of the time were only good for holding the waist area to the seat. I NEVER used a seatbelt until I got a car that had the retracting "soft lock" shoulder belts.
Too bad that he died and a car is just that, a car. I dont wear any seat belts in my '29 still and probably wont. Bolting myself to a wooden floorboard just seems to stupid, even for me.

I agree I love old cars but cars can be replaced a young life cannot I feel for his family because he may not have been going all that fast just had a lap belt on probably
