I just finished watching the movie 300 on dvd. Pretty cool, in between the sputtering tv screen:( But I managed to watch about 95% of it.
The special effects were cool, kinda like Gladiator but with more blood spewage.:evilgrin:

I watched it this past saturday and I mean dont get me wrong it's a pretty good movie, but I dont think it has a chance in hell in being better or even as good as gladiator! Just my 2cents tho!

I think the special effects walk all over Gladiator.. but just my opinion.. VERY good movie though!

I have never heard of that movie! I have War of the Worlds taped, I want to watch that.

The only movie I have watched recently (thanks to free HBO) is "How Stella Got Her Groove Back". :lol:

It was entertaining, just because some of it was shot in Jamaica, and I LOVE Jamaica.

I like Gladiator a lot also... but for some reason I liked 300 more.... not the plot so much but the picture... I did see it in the IMAX (not sure if that makes a huge difference) but the picture was unbelievable....

ah I've been around..just haven't been posting a whole lot lately. The car was coming along pretty good...got it up and running and making some boost and of course..blowing through the converter...got excited and tried to make a pass in it and ended up breaking the converter...now it's time to save a little money and get a new one..until then..it's just sitting!!! lol
