I have a superchip programmer for any Ford E, F, Suv series with 4.2LV6, V8, or V10 gas. It has 3 power tunes, 87 octane, performance tune, and towing tune. You can also pull codes from the computer with this as well. $200.00. I had this on my F150 and I am trading my truck in so I will no longer need it.
