All depends on your credit score, interest rate, type of loan. Talk to you local banks they will probably get you the best rates.

$90K, 30 years at 7% just principle and interest is right at $600 a month. That is not including property tax and home owners insurance.

We are going through the home buying process and have learned a lot. For a good rate talk to National City and Coldwell Banker Home Loans. I can give you some good contacts over there if you are interested. We got a smokin deal with Coldwell Banker Home Loans!

IMO, Wells Fargo is the way to go. I got my mortgage with them and I got the best rate at the time.

LOL....they must HATE me.....

I got a quote for an autoloan on my 01 Cobra and they quoted me 10.99%!!!!!

5/3 came in at like 4.7%.

Then I got a quote for a mortgage refi through them......9.5% when I'm at 6.75% right now.
