Hi
As most of you know, I am retiring in a few months. Was wondering what to do and thought of looking for a building with some room in it.

Maybe enough for a lift and a paint booth. I have a few contacts, :) I have painted a few cars myself, years ago and have done some body work and I know some people in the business :D. Just thinking out loud, some place to spend time.
Anyone know of anything in the deer park, Blue ash area?? Already looked at one but the ceilings were to high... hard to heat.

There is a building on blue ash road up the street from camp safety that is for sale i believe it has a couple lifts in it i think the asking price was around 250,000

the one up from camp's is the "burtons" building.. gray brick... needs alot of cleaning... nice size though...

I am just thinking out loud at this point. Seems like Burton's building on Blue Ash would be hard to heat, was built for trucks?? Now the old e-check would probably be kinda big for a startup but an interesting thought... Does the state own them??

We looked into some of the echeck buildings when e check went out and at that time you had to buy them all they wouldnt just sell one.

There's an old "oil change" joint on Northbend right near I-74 that's for sale...
