A Challenge to the Veyron ?

Top speed isn't everything. There are plenty of salt flat cars running 700+ mph so 250-270 is really not a big deal as far as top speed goes. It's the fact that you can get into the Veyron and drive it like any other civil sports car just as easily as you can at 200+mph.

I don't know anything about this car, but I did see this in the article:

Right, but I'm pretty sure, technically, that the veyron is the worlds fast "production" car, which I don't the car in this thread is. Could be wrong though ?

I wonder if these challengers have air conditioning and leather interior?
I am not big on the front end styling of the veyron, but it is an awesome machine.

I'm usually not much of a "Supercar" kind of person, but something about the Veyron just fascinates me. I think it's the fact that the car is supposedly completely docile in traffic and can be daily driven, but is also capable of such ridiculous performance.
