Does anyone have a safety wire tool/kit I can borrow..or come to your place an use. The wilwood brake kit I just got it setup to use safety wire (I think .032" or thinner) on the cap screw heads that bolt the rotor hat to the rotor. I'd like to do it since it's set up for it...just one less thing to have possibly come loose on me.

You can pick up the Stainless Steel safety wire and the twistie pliers at Harbor Freight for a decent price. I use a little v-block to drill the heads of my fasteners on the drill press and then use the ss safety wire. I have good luck just twisting it up with a small pair of vice grips.

You drill the holes and get the right size wire and I can safety wire it with out any tools. If you can bum some spinner pliers from someone that is great if not I can do it by hand.

Holes are already drilled in the cap screws....they came that way :). I'll see if I can swing by harbor freight this week an pick up some wire.

I have a set of the lockwire pliers and some wire. I will be in Evendale tomorrow if you want to borrow them.
