Dipstick so my dipstick was not bolted to header and feel out and I can not find out where it goes it is drivin me nuts and I got an autometter oil pressure gauge with a slit in the hose not to big but any ideas

I'll add my 2 cents....take a good look at the dip stick and make sure it didn't actually break off....mine did the same thing and it broke so clean that it looked like it just slipped out, but was just broke off. I tried for a whole afternoon to get it back in before i realized it had broke. Then i had to get a fat screw and tap it in to get the broken piece out.

Yeah, what he said. Whenever you don't bolt it down, it allows it to vibrate a lot, which just like when you bend a coat hanger back and forth, eventually it will break off. If you had a decent sized oil leak before it fell off, chances are that's what happened.

it seems to all be here and not broken but i can not get it to fit in the whole is there some special way it fits lol

That's the point, no, it should slide in once you get the angle correct. There is nothing really special, it can be difficult, but it is doable.

it's between the last two header tubes,put the dipstick in the tube the find the hole with the stick in the tube..
