I have explosive diarrehea(SP)

Well we just get my little one out of the hospital. Hes 3 yrs old and has asthma. Everything is going great right. I get home and sleep in his bed so he can sleep with his mom. I wake up in the middle of the night and something wet is in my underpants. Im thinking wow am i sweating that bad? So i throw a hand down there... guess what i chat my pants. No worries i get up and clean up. Im thinking how did i chat my pants while i was sleeping. Im getting older so i didnt think much of it. Next thing i know im violently puking in the middle of the night. Problem is i have it coming out both ends. which should i choose? I ate el roncho grande the night we got out of the hospital so that is all i can think coulda made me that way. Well i slept all day yesterday and things are looking up. I have only shit water about 30 times today and my ass feels like raw meat. Just wanted to share.
