B cam is the best cam that Ford motorsports ever had.Small but effective.I have had better luck with stock cams over E,F,or even X cams.I think they are a waste.

I ran a F cam in a stock shortblock with a set of twisted wedge heads. It had a performer rpm intake and a holley 650dp. The rest of the combo was a 5speed with 4.10 gears. The car ran 11.9xs at 112mph all day in the heat. Simple and effective. Probably not the best cam but it worked "ok".

f is a good choice for blower/turbo.bcam retad 4 degrees works very well with a .194 valve head n/a.but with a 202 valve head i'd do an xcam or comp extreme 274 or trick flow stage 2

I hate to disagree, but thats what I do. B cam does work, hell everyone's owned one at some time or another, but that was only because there weren't better cams at the time. I used to run a retarded  B-cam myself, but the E picked my car up. If I were going to use a blower or turbo on a 306 it'd have an F in it. Power adder guys have made insane power on it.

Talk to Anderson Ford Motorsorts, their blower cams work very well. They have from mild to wild. My s-trim/331/anderson cam makes over 600 to the tires and has great street manners( considering)

most important, change your valve springs if there the stockers, with a cam swap your stock springs will not do the job and valve float is no fun
