I use Lunati exclusively in all my race engines and street engines I build. I have yet to find one that doesn't spec out when we degree it. Very high quality parts there.

I've heard nothing but good things about lunati stuff. What combo are you trying to find a cam for? Give us the details..we maybe able to help you more. I was running basically a comp cams XR286R on a 108 lobe sep in my 347 with good results.

Those are both some hefty cams. What is your combo like Jeff said?

383 all forgded 8.7:1 my roots blower ( already got the 302-351w intake spacer/adapters (Don Hampton suggested I stay with a 110 lope sep on a roots design) his roots blower cams are 110 as well. moving my Pro action heads to this combo after there ported and vavle upgraded to 2:05/1:60 also using a Nx express system intail setup at 100 shot. BG Blower carb 850 AD. The internal parts are here except I opted for a lower compression ross piston set :

Trans is a C4 ( transman/Steve went through) with brake - I curerntly have a 3500 stall but am thinking about going with another brand as I am not sure if the current wil last (open to suggestion on Stall brands)

Gear is 3:73 or 4:10 currently the car has 4:10 with moser axles and full spool

I have had great luck with Lunati cams and lifters. Their solid lifters are made by moral.

The cam in my 408 is similar to what you are looking at with a little lower lift and 108 lobe seperation.

Mine is a .602 lift 256 in 264 ex At .050

The cam is a little small for my combo but it works real well.
